Once per turn, you can return 1 monster you control to your hand to Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can remove this card from play and discard 1 card to Special Summon 1 "Tuning Grace" from your hand or Deck. You cannot Synchro Summon the turn this effect was activated. its not that abusive although its easy to Summon Tuners and make them Level 4 and take out their Tuningness with this card for a new way to Synchro Summon easily ;) although this is most of the time gonna be used for Level 6 Synchros...(unless there's something else on the field....hmmm....).I like the fact that if you can protect this card properly, your opponent won't be able to Synchro Summon due to absence of Tuners and too many Level 4 Normal Monsters xD Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's like anything you plan with a Tuner will inevitably cause a Synchro Summon of some denomination! A Tuner that has a set-in combo for a Synchro Summon? ABUSE. It does a lot of weird things to get itself back onto the field. It's interesting, but it doesn't allow for any other Tuners to be interesting. Unless you have a Level 10 synchro and want to use this and 2 other tuners, then you're ready to roll. Blackwings could get a whole lot of synergy by turning all of their current Tuners into level 4 non-tuners, then Synchro Summoning into something better, then restabilizing the Tuner status and levels of the current face-up tuners when this card is removed from the field. The biggest form of abuse would be the matter of controlling when you would and wouldn't want your other Tuners to be level 4 or their current level, and Synchro Summoning this card off the field when you want to turn off the Nontuner switch. Dead Draws in not fitting with the Arch Type and well, the synergy is easily cut with the draws with this.... Its kinda like PSZ only less Boken..
