Select and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Wingedbeast-Type monster from your Graveyard. This effect can only be used once per turn. He is a Tuner. This card has mad sex with Blackwings. But when will we see this in english anyway? I'd say not for a LONG time. We're just getting a few X-Sabers in June, so this and the other Dragunity monsters won't be on a priority. If you want to use this with Blackwings odds are your going to need to run other non-Dragon Dragunity monster.
