Can a frog go to hevean?? [discuss]

Recommended Posts

Yes, can they? Anyway, Treeborn Frog is apparently a very useful card and a great way to gain tribute fodder. Is it worth it? Let's discuss....

Art- I guess this is how a card designer mourns the loss of their favorite pet.....

Also- JP version of this card is called "Hades Frog" 0_o ?

That one is way cooler.

Treeborn Frog is a great' date=' arguably banworthy card.

I would say he is fine at 1. No spells and traps is a big draback plus hes one star so not to useful for anything but blocking one attack or tributing and not many decks that could actually fit this in need tributes

It's an infinite Tribute Engine. That's banworthy.

Infinite at an infinetly slow speed. Its one tribute at a time and is infinetly slower than just opting for a synchro plus you will need to foolish him wich is another semi'd card (though it shouldnt be) and how many tributes will you really have? chances of etting this in the grave and having a pletiful number of tributes left in the hand? i dont see it

Please say that you forgot the sarcasm tag.

Are you really so stupid that you would need them?

Why?

It interferes with Valhalla, and it only revives itself during the Standby Phase, unlike Samsara Lotus which revives itself during the End Phase.

You need him in the Standby Phase and also Samasara lotus cannot be used when vallhala is up too.

1. For The World's effect, you need to Tribute monsters during the End Phase.

2. I didn't mean interfering with Valhalla that way, I meant you can only Special Summon a monster with Valhalla if you don't have any monsters out. Since Treeborn would be revived during the Standby Phase, you wouldn't be able to use Valhalla unless you Tributed Treeborn.

3. I did forget about the Spell/Trap Revival thing, but regardless, my points are still valid.

Ooops my bad i thought that you need to tribute during the standby phase, but you won't need more monsters after you've made the lock.

Actually we discuss Treeborn Frog and it's uses in a World Lock Deck.

In order to keep The World Lock going, you need to have two monsters to Tribute during each of your End Phases. Samsara Lotus makes sure that's possible.
