It might, depends on which effect is manditory, and then which one chains... if Kuraz is manditory Dandylions effect will chain and give 2 tokens then you can destroy them. The opposite is self-explanitory...

Although you can destroy your own cards, don't base your whole deck around that: your opponent's cards can be destroyed too. Not only that, but you could turn kuraz's weakness to your advantage in a mill deck or a greed/chainsaw insect/ appropiate/ kuraz deck.

And if you insist on destroying your own cards, place some dark coffins/ statues of the wicked/quick play spells in your deck.

So if you destroy your opponent's cards they draw 2: if you destroy your own you draw 2 and get some effects out of it. Understand that no matter which cards you destroy you opponent gets an advantage: however, by using appropiate you can get the same advantage. That's why I included chainsaw insect.
