"In Japan, Kichijōten(吉祥天) a Japanese divinity. She is considered to be the goddess of happiness, fertility, and beauty." (Sri-mahadevi is just an alternate name)

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

*Once per turn, you can inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the ATK of one face-up monster on the field. The selected monster cannot attack in the turn this effect is activated.

It seems like a good card' date=' a bit too powerful to be able to normal summon it and i would get a differnt picture.

I'd give it 6/10

Consider that it requires a tribute to be summoned, and then a further normal summon to unlock its Gemini effect, so I think the high summoning cost makes up for the effect (or vice versa, if you'd like).

This is not as hard if you just run Valhala to Special Summon it and Normal Summon it right away, then select only monsters from your opponent because it wouldn't matter if they can't attack that turn, then you attack it and its all together a direct attack worth of damage.

I would say the card is good, I'm not a fan of the pic but the card is good, I would just suggest you rise the ATK a little more, I would say 2400? so it can compette with that new synchro Dragon, Flare Wingman, Darkblaze Dragon, and the like...

Also, its odd that the effect produces damage, its a goddess of Happiness, Fertility, Beauty.. you know what I mean ^-^"

8/10
