OMFG, drama

Ok. here's my story.

I started dating my current girlfriend, becky about a month and a half ago. At first, i thought this was all normal everyday stuff. Then, my friend told me that she had a stalker guy. Her ex, Chris.

Chris is homeschooled and rarely leaves the house. Hes a year older than I, but not intimidating in any way shape or form. They broke up last summer before school started. He is her next door neighbor.

After she broke up with him for being nuts (he threatened to commit suicide afterwards), he decided to make a blog trashing her and her family. I was never told about this, at all, until today.

Today, a few hours ago, his sister posted something new in her blog, talking about becky and how she is apparently a slut, her mother and how she is apparently a jabroni, and me, saying that I am "butt-ugly and look like a chick". Rest assured, I'm not and don't. >____>

So my first reaction, was to go next door, knock on the door, pull his ass out of the house and beat him senseless. It was a good plan too. Then I was told that it would ruin their plan to sue them/get a restraining order (or something along that line) on them.

My first thought was "f*ck". I had no clue what to do. I'm not allowed to hit him unless he hits me first. And everything I do can and will be used against me, and my girlfriend, legally. And when I tried to go up and provoke him, Becky stopped me. >_<

I'm not worried about fighting him. Hes on his computer more than I am, and the only thing I have to worry about is his right arm seeing as he jacks off as much as he does (I've been told. >_>)

What should I do, YCM?

sorry if this is a bit graphic or a tad innappropriate. I just need an opinion or two.

Frlf' date=' I just found out. >_>

Exactly.

If it wasn't so important that you could find out by yourself, and you didn't knew for more than a month and nothing bad happened, nothing bad should happen in 1 month. Wait for the legal process. He is just an angry nerd blogger.

beating him seems good, but can backfire.

Restraining order against him is decent but has its flaws.

Beating him....thats still a good idea.

You can always stoop to their level and make a blog bashing them and their family too.

Of course, your going to a website for help...dude, just wait it out or something, seriously, we're the people you come to for help? Pity indeed.

and again the option of beating him comes back up.

just screw the whole provoking him for self defense idea and just beat the sheet out of him.

idk what state you live in, but last i heard, some states say that if you provoke them into punching you first, then its self defense to them because you start it.

well...beating him does seem good.

Bullies want attention.

You act on anything, they win. It's cruel, but that's just how it works.

So what you do is just laugh it of with your Girlfriend, and let it die while they wallow in self-loathing.

if he goes here on YCM, report whatever he talks about you if he says it on YCM and they just might ban him. if that doesn't work, then seriously threaten him. if THAT doesn't work, then tell him this dis: "your mom is so stupid, that when u told her that christmas is just around the corner, she went and looked". if THAT doesn't work, then beat the f****ng s***t out of him.

Ok. If you work, save a lot of money. And I mean a lot. Hire a lawyer and beat her family to the punch and sue the guy. Have them do whatever seems best. Restraining order will NOT work, because he can still blog away even as far away as he'd be. Have the jury do what they seem right and just hire a lawyer ASAP. That's all I have to say. Yes, I know a lot about law for a 14-year-old. No I don't get this from law shows. I don't watch them. My History teacher talks about it frequently.
