this card can not be Special Summoned. Once per turn during your Draw Phase you can remove 3 DARK Monsters from in your Graveyard from play to Destroy a number of monsters on your opponent's field up to the total combined Level of the monsters removed from play divided by 3.

Oh, I'm editing that so that it reads This card can not be Special Summoned. Once per turn, during your Draw Phase, you can remove 3 DARK Monsters from in your Graveyard from play, to Destroy a number of monsters on your opponent's field, up to the total combined Level of the monsters removed from play, divided by 3.

most bolded stuff is to point out I erased unnessesary commas and changed the place of some words or maybe reworded..

maybe I went too far on eliminating the commas, but there are alot :(

The effect is sorta useless when would your opponent have a lot of monsters.

Uh, it's a balanced field-clearence effect, which means in the actual game it wouldn't be instantly limited to 1, which means, given how easy it is to have plenty of Dark monsters in the Graveyard, in the game as it is today, this card would probably have a very dramatic effect on game-play. Quite often will the opponent have many monsters, what happens if you're opponent is using Blackwings, or, Morphtronics, Or heck, Even certain Monarch Builds, or Glads for that matter?
