I like it! It ha a good effect and i would love to use it in my fiend/raviel deck! If raviel dies i can get that card to 4000 attack!

My opinion for a better effect

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn, select 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to ATK and DEF of the selected monster. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can remove from play 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard.

 

for now 7/10 maybe if you change 8.5/10

the "w" shouldn't be capitalised

I think the "any" should be "1" but not really sure
