Man0waR Posted June 4, 2009 Report Share Posted June 4, 2009 ~{ Hello! and welcome to my domain of reviews!}~~{ Hello! and welcome to my domain of reviews!}~ [spoiler=pending requests] post here if you have a requested band/song/album you want me to review (must be a Thrash Metal band)[spoiler=pending requests][align=center][spoiler=completed reviews][spoiler=Rust in Piece vs. Master of Puppets]Rust in Piece PROS-Mustaine sounds real pissed off in the album xD, and it sounds real badass.-Great music, my favorite particularly being: Poison was the Cure.-So many funking riffs and drum fills its Ear shattering (which i like xD)-Alot better than most of their past albums. but the future ones would seem to lack the "umph" that Megadeth was famous for. master of puppets PROS-Great song selection )just that the songs are more progressive than Thrash.)-pretty long album (ranging in the 50-1 hour range)-Came out at a prime time, when Metal was just getting good and Metalheads Reigned the schoolyards! =D-Today, Master of puppets has been thought of as the greatest metallica album ever, and thats pretty damn good. Rust in Piece CONS-most of the songs are so jumbled up and messy, that its hard to identify certain parts (riffs in particular are difficult to spot.)-the albums to follow were crap in my opinion.-Mustaine is just an ass hole. Master of Puppets CONS- only one Con, It's Progressive metal album, not Thrash. The only reason MoP comes close to RiP is because Cliff was still alive when they recorded it. Otherwise the only Good song Metallica ever wrote after Dave and Cliffs departure was Blackened. Now Master of Puppets is a whole new story. To me is what you think of when you think metallica (except to u douchebags who only like metallica because of GH.) ill just list the pros and cons of both albums and tell you which i prefer? that seems fair.
