SushiTheLegend
Delvine, Black Witch of Dark World1 Tuner + 1 or more Dark World monstersEach time a Dark World monster is discarded from the hand to the Graveyard, add 1 Dark World Counter to this card (max.3). By removing 1 Dark World Counter from this card, you can select 1 Dark World monster in your Graveyard and activate the effect of the selected monster as if it had been discarded by an opponent's card effect. A monster can only be selected once. When this card is destroyed, all monsters selected by this card's effect are removed from play. I know this probably has a few OCG errors but for the most part it is reasonably sound, and this probably could be considered somewhat overpowered to an extent, but it felt like a good idea to work with. A Synchro Dark World monster that is.
awesomeuser
Uhh, which hand? ''Your hand," "your opponent's," or "either player's." The second sentence is a bit confusing. Try raising the level a bit and the effect should even out. 7/10.
SushiTheLegend
I took that hand part off an actual Dark World monster. Also the objective was to make a LV6 Fiend Synchro, hence why it isn't higher than LV6, but I understand your point. Also what is confusing? The selecting a monster and using it's effect? Okay say for example you had...Goldd in your Graveyard. You select Goldd and use his effect as if he had just been discarded by an opponent's card effect, meaning you could then destroy 2 cards your opponent controls. However due to her effect when she gets destroyed Goldd being that he was selected would then get removed from play.
awesomeuser
Sorry, weird OCG (correct) and I am unfamiliar with the Dark World monsters. I will assume "the hand" refers the latter option I stated ("either player's"). Revised score: 8/
SushiTheLegend
Well I would assume it to be your hand since you would be the controller, but in Delvine's case it would be either since she is pure Dark World support & abuse.
awesomeuser
Since the Graveyard is "public knowledge," the best assumption here, I guess, would be "either player's."
Infinitus
I do not believe there are any OCG errors, you've updated and ressurected Dark World, good pic WITH HOLO, combined counters and Dark World, and you added something original to Dark World: Changing the effects. Nice Job 10/
SushiTheLegend
Thank you awesome66, I had to in the case of it being a Synchro which can't be discarded from your hand and therefore uses the discardment of other Dark World monsters which does indeed revive Dark World. :P EDIT: I actually just noticed that since there isn't a limit to the number of times her effect can activate or on what it can be used on it can be pretty OP'd. But since the card's been submitted already, I can't change the effect but yeah.
Infinitus
You are welcome. I always love rating good cards. I was always a fan of Dark World and it was is a pretty good deck, so you picked a great base for a card :D
SushiTheLegend
Updated the card effect so it isn't as broken on using card effects. Specifically so you don't just remove 3 counters and then use Goldd's effect three times in the same turn, rofl.
Sleepy
There's one thing, everytime you say Dark World monster/card(s) and such, the name of the arch type needs these around -------------> " "good idea by the way ;)
SushiTheLegend
Actually I thought that when you said *name* monster, it didn't count.
Sleepy
I'm checking on that:
"Elemental Hero Flame Wingman" + "Elemental Hero Sparkman"This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This card gains 300 ATK for each "Elemental Hero" card in your Graveyard. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard' date=' inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster.[/quote']
You can only activate this card while there is a face-up "Dark Magician" on your side of the field. Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on your opponent's side of the field. so... I think its in all cases ^-^" EDIT:but you are not calling *name*, you are calling the "Dark World" arch type in general
Guest Lily
Good job. Nice pic (holoes are good to!), Good OCG except from what Sleepy mentioned and it's good to see more Dark World cards. 9.8/

Sleepy
By *name* monster I meant the arch type. :P lol ok ^-^ either way.I still love this idea. If Konami doesn't intend to revive the old strategies they started and never finished, someone else needs to ;)
