When this card is Summoned and you control "Toon World", you can Special Summon 1 monster with "Harpie" in it's name from your hand or Deck. ok opinions?btwdoes it look Toon enough? Remove the "if this is the only monster you control." since it clogs the play Also, to make it more playable and interesting maybe it should be a harpie lady ONLY when Toon World is on the field. Sleepy Posted June 12, 2009 Report Share Posted June 12, 2009 Its not the auto Special Summon Type of Toon but it has a lovely Toon effect :DNormal Summon her when Toon World is in play and Special Summon another copy of her, which will do the same with the Third Copy, which may Special Summon something if you have something left to Special Summon xD.(Harpie's Pet Bayby Dragon recommended) I won't have to mix Toon Mermaid with Inferno Reckless Summon ever again (Ok, maybe I'll still do that).My favorite strategies in the game are the ones where you Special Summon a bunch of monsters in a creative way (except Lightsworns & GB and Blackwings, those are overused. And Black Garden's Deck, it makes the game boring and slow).
