Nope' date=' sunny beaches of South West England are wind-free right now, and tornado-free for as long as I can remember.

Same :D

Except I live South East.

Why is it that we get a tiny earthquake and everybody shouts about it, then some other distant country gets massacred by one and no-one really cares?[/align]

Ha! Your pathetic tornadoes are pathetic Mr. 'Tornado Alley'. I had four confirmed touchdowns and enough wind to lift my little brother of 80 pounds off the ground. When I was his age, walking home from school I was lifted off my feet with a backpack that made my overall weight of 100 pounds.

You have tornadoes eh. Well then. Take a very long rope and put it in the spot where the the tornado will hit. Then' date=' go about a mile a way, hold the rope, and get on a skateboard.

...

That is the most retarded thing I've ever heard.

My tornado wins. A tree almost hit our house.

I live in Louisiana. We get quite a few tornadoes around here. I've had a few come around my area' date=' but nothing serious has occured. (Thank goodness).

It doesn't help that the hurricanes like to give us MORE tornadoes when they hit.

Just be glad there's not another Katrina in your area or the situation could end up being untenable.

I'm glad I live more inland in CA so I never have to worry about hurricanes.
