"Cyber Dragon" + 1 or more Machine-Type monsters

This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. When this card is Fusion Summoned' date=' send all other cards you control to the Graveyard. The original ATK and DEF of this card are each 800 x the number of Fusion Material Monsters used for its Fusion Summon. Each turn, this card can attack as many of your opponent's monsters as the number of Fusion Material Monsters used for its Fusion Summon.[/quote']

"Cyber Dragon" + 1 or more Machine-Type monsters

This monster cannot be used as a Fusion Material Monster. You can only Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by sending the above cards from either side of the field to the Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization".) The original ATK of this card is equal to 1000 x the number of Fusion Material Monsters used to Special Summon it.

fortress obviously comes in handy to power up overdragon

err... How does that work?

gets machines from field to grave for overload fusion

Reread Overload. Using Fortress Dragon there is just a waste as Overload can use the cards on your field.

If your opponent has machines out in defense mode, then it wouldn't be a waste, but...

Yes, it clears your opponent dry with DNA and CyDra out, which is useful. No, it cannot be used in the fusion.

The effect which alters its ATK is a Continuous Effect. The other effects are not treated as effects.

If "Skill Drain" is activated' date=' "Chimeratech Overdragon" will have its ATK reduced to 0 and cannot attack multiple monsters. This remains even if "Skill Drain" is later removed.[/quote']
