I don't see any errors, well how can it be with a short effect?Effect: It's a victory win card, but at least it requires you to 20 000 Life Points (which is possible by the way), but when can or must pay it? Also, good thinking when you put 0 ATK and DEF, it give a good balance to it.Image: I got nothing to say on the pic, it's a woman who controls a monster with multiple heads, creative. No offense-I know it sounds ridiculous but you need a bigger payment (around 30,000)-Try to make it a nomi or semi-nomi (give it specific Summoning conditions.)-Pic is not almighty/epic/great enough for my tastes as to be a game winning card.-I think even though its longer like this, the OCG for what you wrote would be:You can only activate this card's effect by paying 20,000 Life Points.
