That's the equivalent of saying news of upcoming boosters is advertising for Konami, so yeah. I've been using this for a while now, and it lets you duel people. I've already passed this on to Akira, Tea, Draco, and Chaos Pudding on SXR who each became members, so I thought I'd do the same here, as it's a valuable resource and lets you duel. The website's layout is in Vietnamese, but I don't understand it and I'm doing fine there. Though many of the inhabitants are Vietnamese, they all speak English. I've been in about 400 duels there and haven't had any problems with them not knowing English. The Duel System itself and the Cards within it are also all English. They currently have everything that's either in, or confirmed for the TCG. Nothing OCG though. The Admin always updates for new packs, which is good stuff. Just click "Dang ky" in the top left corner to Register, then click DECK, then click "Create new Deck, then you'll find a dropdown, and blanks for Deck name and description. You'll be able to select a public Deck or scroll all the way down to "Not Selected" to get a blank Deck. Once you've done that, click DECK again, click the little pencil icon next to your Deck's name to edit, and you're set. http://www.yugiohnetwork.com I'll include a list of members of both YCM and YNW so you've got some people you know to duel if you come across them. I haven't been able to get either as I've got a Mac though, so I'd have to look more closely. Sorry guys, for now you can get a pre-made public Deck.
