Points sent, card right here: Card Lore: This card can be Special Summoned to your Spell & Trap Card Zone by Tributing 1 monster on your side of the field. When this card is on your Spell & Trap Card Zone, you may designate 1 face-down card on your opponent's side of the field. As long as this card is face-up on the Field, the designated monster cannot change it's Battle Position. During each of your opponent's Standby Phases, inflict 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points. While this card is face-up on the field you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:● This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. Could use some OCG editing but I will leave it to you to improve ^_^. Great remix of Time Wizard. Over power to make realistic. Too powerful ATK/DEF (+1 card summon), Really good effects, I would almost always hope for heads, basically free deck search + it adds to your hand. Gil2m-> New Age Time Wizard -> 75/100 -> The Final Synchron -Fusion -> 70/100elementdragondivine -> De Luna -> 82/100Konata Izumi -> Fire Wielder Rose -> 89/100100Yugiohking001 -> Joy, Emotion-The happiness within-> 79/100 -> Synax, the Unknown being of the sea -> 78/100Yugioh Pro -> Dark Hellspawn of Ruin -> 93/100. So the 4 cards that advance are Yugioh Pro, Fire Wielder Rose, and De Luna (but isn't he banned? I'll leave it to you.). Explanations[spoiler=Explanations]gil2m New - Age Time WizardOCG : 29/40 -> Some spelling errors, small ocg. I.e. This card also (you forgot)counts as a spellcaster. etc. Not the worst I've seen, but could be better. Idea : 17/20. interesting, fairly unique effect. Picture 7/10. Lacking background, otherwise good. Overall Appeal: 22/30. Somewhat lacklustre. It was good, but it wasn't amazinglyappealing. Playability got you some extra points there. Total = 75/100. The Final Synchron - FusionOCG: 26/40. I gave the above card 29. Nothing here is capitalized. The abovecard had same issues, to a lesser extent, so I gave a 26 here. Idea: 18/20. Fusion of Synchro is very interesting. Also the card counts as atuner. Picture: 7/10. Same as above. Overall Appeal: 19/30 Not as playable. The spelling errors made me think it wasvery slopply made. Total = 70/100. elementdragondivineDe LunaOCG: 36/40. Needs to specify where to remove from. Last sentence needs rewording. Idea: 16/20. Not really a fan of this. But Fair enough, it is unique. Picture: 8/10. Doesn't really fit the picture of a Yugioh Card. Overall Appeal: 22/30. Playable, incorrect set-id and the picture told me this wasfinished fairly quickly. Doesn't seem a lot of work was put into it. Total = 82/100. Konata IzumiFire Wielder RoseOCG: 36/40. You were missing a few commas, Life Points needed to be capitalized. Idea: 7/10. Basic fire support. Not extremely creative, don't have much to say. Picture: 10/10. Fits the Yugioh Card, fairly interesting. Overall Appeal: 26/30. Interests me enough, the effect isn't so unique, the picis great. It seems you put some work into it. Playable. total: 89/100. 100YugiohKing001Emotion, Joy-The Happiness Within OCG: 29/40. Capitalization errors, to a lesser extent gil2m's problems so I gaveyou slightly higher. Idea: 18/20. Special summon from deck, intresting concept. Picture: 8/10. The bg didn't seem to fit, but good. Overall Appeal: 24/30. Playble, though slightly OP. Seems some work was put into it. Total 79/100. Synax - The Unknown Being From the Sea OCG: 27/40. See above. Some additional, water attribute -> WATER Idea: 18/20. Seems interesting, the effect was slightly unclear however. Picture: 10/10. Cool! I like it! Overall Appeal: 24/30 See above. Total: 78/100. Yugioh ProDark Hellspawn of Ruin OCG: 38/40. No ocg errors, took off 2 points because some of the effect is awkward.I.e. Remove from play all DARK monsters in your graveyard -> when? Idea: 19/20. Very unique, too detailed and elaborate... Picture : 10/10 Fitting. Overall Appeal: 26/30 Seems like quite a bit of work was put into it. Not exactlyplayable, but good.
