OCG errors

"During each of your standby phases, you can release 1 monster you control to send 2 cards from your opponent's hand."

You need to state where the cards are being sent to even though it may be obvious you mean the Graveyard but you still need to state it.

I don't understand the fascination with making all powerful monsters Dark monsters. This really doesn't seem like a Dark attribute monster to me but that's my opinion. People need to understand that Dark monsters are the most supported attribute in the game so any dark monster becomes subjected to its support cards, which means all Dark monsters that get created need to be really careful with its effect and how it combines with others.

Nice photoshop work but this card is RIDICULOUSLY overpowered and would be on the forbidden list the moment it got released. You have a Level 8 Synchro monster that field wipes allowing for OTK/FTK scenarios. It's not hard to selectively decide the order of your Synchro summons so bringing this guy out first field wiping then finish the rest of your swarm to finish your opponent is all too possible with this card. This is not the way to fix the metagame and only brings us back to the problem we had 2 formats ago.

The tuner + non-tuner requirements are too generic and easily fulfilled with the typical combo of D-Hero - Malicious + a Level 2 tuner such as Krebons or Plaguespreader Zombie, which could bring this guy out as early as turn 1. Combining all of these points makes the card ban worthy but then you've added 2 more additional effects that make this card incredibly offensive.

"During each of your standby phases, you can release 1 monster you control to send 2 cards from your opponent's hand."

Besides the OCG error you've created the opportunity to hand rape your opponent. You've not only created field advantage by synchro summoning this guy but have managed to established a means to create and maintain hand advantage as well. It's very much possible to create a situation where you force your opponent into top decking and/or completely deplete their hand. Now lets look at the last effect.

"When this card is destroyed, you can send 1 card from your hand to the graveyard to destroy all monsters your opponent controls."

Easy conditions to fulfill and the cost is too cheap and allows you to clear your opponent's monsters and then swarm the next turn for the kill. With 3000 ATK you force your opponent into a lose-lose situaiton. This effect is fine if it was the only effect it had but now lets re-examine what you've done here.

You've essentially created a monster that field wipes the turn it's summoned allowing for swarms and direct attacks for the win. It's a OTK scenario all by itself. It carries 3000 ATK so very little can atk over it so it maintains field presence. It's incredibly easy to continuously fulfill that hand rape effect locking your opponent down from making any sort of comeback. We're now back to the age of the Yata-Garasu loop. Finally, should your opponent take this monster out they lose all of their monsters in the process. Yes, your opponent can take this guy out with Lightning Vortex or Torrential Tribute when they have 0 monsters on the field but you've forced your opponent into an incredibly difficult situation. It's a 3000 ATK Black Hole, Yata-Garasu, and E-Hero - Absolute Zero in 1 card. This is actually one of the most broken cards I've seen here.

To balance this card out you need to make those summoning conditions much more difficult. For example, you can put the requirements as 1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 2 of more non-Tuner monsters or something like that. Possibly up the Level to 9 to try to make the summoning of this card as difficult as possible.

Completely scrap that hand rape effect or make that costs incredibly heavy. There needs to be something that can balance that effect out and it should definitely not be a re-occuring effect.

For the last effect you need to make the trigger conditions much more difficult then just being destroyed.

This card wins points for graphics but in terms of if its impact on the actual game this is a .5/10 for being so incredibly offensive and overpowered.

The Presentation is great, as well as the card (This includes the PIC!), but there is a mini OCG error: you can release 1 monster you control to send 2 cards from your opponent's hand ( where, to the Graveyard?) - Oh, and I kinda think it's OP (Maybe).

Overall: 8.4/10 (Awesome) 8).
