Pic 1 is better. Card effect should read:

"While this card is face-up on the Field, all monsters on your side of the Field are treated as Fiend-Type Monsters. Increase the ATK of all monsters on your side of the Field by 1000. While this card is face-up on the Field, your Spell and Trap Card zones can also be used as Monster Card Zones."

I would make it a Field Spell, but I dont know if it was in the show.

pic 1 is better. heres an effect to put up

 

" This card cannot be destroyed. While this card is face-up on the field all face-up monsters you control also counts as DARK monsters, and gain 500 ATK. You can use the spell and trap card zones to summon monsters. Monsters in the spell and trap card zone cannot be targeted while a monster is in the adjacent monster card zone. When a Duelist's life points reach 0, that person loses the match instead of the duel."

This card cannot be sent to the Graveyard except by another Card with "Orichalcos" in it's name. While this card is face-up on the field all face-up monsters you control also counts as DARK monsters, and gain 500 ATK. Your Spell and Trap card Zones are also treated as Monster Zones. Monsters in the spell and trap card zone cannot be targeted while a monster is in the adjacent monster card zone. When a Player's life points is reduced to 0, that Player loses the match.

First pic, definitely. and this is the complete effect of the Sacred Seal.

 

This card cannot be negated or destroyed except by the effect of an "Orichalcos" card, or by the effect of "Legend of Heart". This cannot be activated if your opponent controls "Legendary Knight Timaeus", "Legendary Knight Critias" and "Legendary Knight Hermos". When this card is activated, remove from play all monsters you control that list "The Eye of Timaeus", "The Fang of Critias", or "The Claw of Hermos" as a Fusion Material Monster, and Special Summon all other Fusion Material Monsters to your side of the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, this card's controller's monsters gain 500 ATK and are treated as DARK monsters, in addition to their regular Attributes. This card's controller's Spell & Trap Card Zones are also treated as Monster Card Zones. Monsters in your Spell & Trap Card Zones cannot be declared as an attack target unless your Monster Card Zones are unoccupied. If this card is removed from the field, move as many Monster Cards in your Spell & Trap Card Zones as possible to your Monster Card Zones, then destroy all monsters in your Spell & Trap Card Zones. If this card is on the field at the end of the Duel, the loser of the Duel loses the Match.
