-Lightray Daedalus-
Goka' date=' 200 less than [b']Ryu[/b], but can jump to 2700 each turn, creates tribute fodder each turn for no cost. Ryu Kokki, 200 more than Goka, the most common, can kill any warrior or spellcaster Skull Flame, Trade-inable, 2600 ATK(the most), Can create tribute fodder in exchange for not being able to attack. The hardest of all to get. Goka would seem the best, but Ryu kokki can take down goyo. If you ask me i say Skull flame fails in comparison to the other 2. I was named in more than one ocassion here...1) I feel Loved? ---> No2) So I based all my previous names in Zombie cards...>_< ' anyway Skull Flame is sucky I don't like it Never run it unless a miracle happens and it fits in a pretty decent deck.. It is. You running Barbaros Zombies? Nevermind then' date=' you're doing it right. I haven't tested them myself, because I don't like the way Zombie Master is negated by Skill Drain. How do they run? (I play a Plant variant, myself.)[/quote'] No, I'm not running Zombie Drain, but Barbaros is better with Skill Drain than with Forbidden Chalice. You should use both, obviously. If you're not running Barbaros Zombies (or Zombie Drain, if you prefer), then yeah, you're doing it wrong. You go 1 Kokki or 0.

In case you didn't notice, Chalice is a discardless Divine Wrath that doesn't have to be set first that can ALSO be used as an offensive weapon in certain rare situations. (Those situations normally involving Barbaros or Fusilier Dragon.) Now, if you're done trying (and failing miserably, by the way) to use the Appeal to Ridicule, why don't you stop and try to defend your peculiar choices. But why end the fun now? Throw on as many logical fallacies as you can find. I'm sure we can start a band-wagon, poison the well, equivocate, use some circular logic.... Why not, throw in a straw man and a false dilemma! I'd use Divine Wrath over Chalice any day, as it is a goddamn Counter Trap, and also has the ability to drop Malicious, Treeborn, or Plaguespreader. Forbidden Chalice lasts one turn. Skill Drain lasts until it's removed from the field, therefore making it much better. Skill Drain makes most Synchros and all Monarchs worthless, forever. Barbaros and Fusilier keep their high ATK, forever.
Mehmani
Ryu Kokki is far better than this. Ryu Kokki takes out Goyo and Monarchs. This has an obscure random burning summoning thing that could fry the brain of any toddler that attempts to understand it.

Barbaros and Fusilier keep their high ATK, forever. The fact that Divine Wrath is a counter trap is almost entirely irrelevant, as there are no spell speed 3 monster effects. The only argument you could make is the fact that Herk can't negate it. Drops are nice, but there are plenty of cards with discard costs around anyways. Also, who uses Treeborn or Malicious anymore? Not that they're bad cards, but their decks aren't exactly top tier right now. Chalice resets Barbaros and Fusilier permanently, by the way. And did I mention that it's chainable during the damage step?
