Glowing green luminescent algae sticks to the walls of deep, dark abyssal caves vibrating with the moaning of creatures unknown to human ears. Broken down old houses shrieking with the sounds of phantoms and the undead, covered in unnatural mists that drift through the cracked open shutters.

 

Welcome to Batestown, controversially the Urban Folklore capital in North America.

 

Nobody knows much about how and why these strange happenings take place. Some say it is because of a curse from a long forgotten battlefield. Others say it is merely the residence of some un-discovered creature. Nonetheless, Batestown and the country around it is an overall strange place, not to be enter by the fainthearted.

 

You are either a newcomer or a local to this mysterious place. Investigate the strange myths in and around the town. Interact and socialize with other residents. The sky's the Limit, and now it is yours to explore.

However, if Rebecca chooses to assert herself, beware; her father has trained her to some degree with a pistol, and she uses it liberally. If Rebecca chooses to apply herself to something, she will obsess over it until she has completed her task.

Personality: Nicholas holds steadfast to the rumors surrounding Batestown, and is a local of the area. He often donates funds towards AAALiens, but is still unsure of they're goals. He's looking for the position of Sheriff, and often tries to convince Jebediah that it is time to retire. Despite this drive for a high position, he cares for every individual of the town, and is looking for some female companionship.

Personality: Most of the time calm and colective. Not easy to make friends with, but when you do. You make one loyal friend. Isn't scared of much. Easy to get on his bad side. Very observent, is always alert. Is almost never caught off gaurd. Very respectful to higher ranking officers. Is very strickt with newbies on the job. Isn't very much into romance.

 

Other details: Born and raised in NY city, became a detective and quickly went up. Became the best detective in NY in 3 months for his natural abillity to find the evidence. Heard of Batestown on the news, and decided to head on out there. To prove every scary thing out there, was natural causes. Is always right on his cases. Expects to find nothing out of the ordinary there. (He's in for a shock) Always carries a pistol and swis army knife, everywhere. Is also a 10th degree Black Belt in 3 different martial arts.

Personality: Haru is a quiet person who doesn't talk much. When provoked he can not control was he does. He is a trainee in the police force and is still trying to understand everything. Thought being quiet, he has amazing strength and has never lost a (forced) fist fight. He follows orders and never disobeys unless under certain circumstances.

Age: 28

Occupation: Former Gunnery Sergeant, Unemployed as of now. Is headed to Batestown to investigate on the happenings their.

Personality: can be extremely charming in an understated way, and he has a dry sense of humor. He is unforgiving of his colleagues' mistakes and demands high standards of his team as well as himself. Hayate is usually portrayed as a complex man of mystery and intrigue. He likes to use his marine training to give him an advantage over other people, such as when he silently appears behind people and he can enter a room without anyone noticing. He has a coffee addiction. He even has a personal rule about it: "Rule 16, never mess with a Marine's coffee if you want to live".

Always carries a Pistol, He is a former Marine Sniper, and owns a Marine M40 A1 Sniper rifle.
