Doesn't seem to be any effort.Tips for making good cards.Divirse and fair effects-No overpowered stuff.Graphics-Shouldn't be stretched too much.Caps- correct captilization. capitalize every word of the card name, and card class.(what ever you want)Common Sense- I made a few crazy ones myself, but this is rediculous.and most important for you......Make it make sense!
