Sideable at best, but even that's a stretch. Sideable against Synchro Cat and Lightsworn. And I guess some rogue decks. LS and Synchro Cat don't Set very often. You don't Set Honest. That's terrible. GK Spy and Guard make up to little of Cat Sync for NoC to be consistently good against it. NoC will often be a dead draw. Makes a good last resort combo, but 2 cards to RFP 1 monster is kinda meh, even if it does remove copies. Could be good against LS, BW, and most Zombies though.
