This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned on your side of the field after you Tribute 1 "Sneasel" that has been on your side of the field for 7 turns. This card can not be selected as a Spell Card target. When your opponent has 4000 Life Points or less, you can Tribute this card and inflict 1200 damage to your opponent's Life Points.

 

 

Lore:

 

Request a handshake with your opponent. If your opponent agrees to the handshake, half both player's Life Points and destroy all cards on both sides of the field.
