Dark_Armed_Zombie
I'm going to tell you right now that I know this needs work; however, I posted this deck in hopes of improving- tremendously. Do not post if you are just going to give negative and non-constructive critisism. I did not post this deck to be told that it sucks. I posted so it can be improved, focused, and brought to its greatest potential. -Griffin
I predict that the genral comments will be"-2 Mobius+1 Raiza+1 Caius"Since people tend to prefer that sort of design for a monarch build.I'm also not sure on the 2x Foolish- it may be overkill. I also don't like Solemn this format, and most people will say to run 3 or 0 of it. I have a personal dislike for Trunade, but that's just me.I wouldn't be sure on what to add, Salvage, maybe? Dark_Armed_Zombie
I had completly forgotten about Salvage, and I'll probably take out a foolish and a solemn for 2 salvage. Personally, I like running 1 solemn because I usually don't need more than that, any more than that and I start getting dead draws. That's how it's worked for me anyways. But besides those changes, how does it look?

Dark_Armed_Zombie
Wow, I didn't expect to make a good Monarch Cloud on the first try O.o, but if anyone has suggestions, I'm still open, esspecially if you have suggestions on how to play a cloud monarch since I have no experiene in that area. @Purple Ninja: I like having the back row destruction and I should have more than enough tributes if played right. It's possible I could remove a Trunade for something, but I have no idea what. Edit: Rate?

Dark_Armed_Zombie
Ultimate Offering bish D=< That works, but what would I take out to add it? Oh, and monkey, fog control is used to swarm the field with smoke balls after summoning one with turbulence. Not that it's a bad idea to add the sanctuary, but I need to know what to take out for them besides fog control.
Dark_Armed_Zombie
Hey, do you think Celetial Transformation would be worth adding? It's a quick-play spell card that special summons a fairy type from your hand but halfs it's attack and destroys it at the end phase, but if played right, I could swarm the field using a specialed Turbulence and then sack it for a monarch. Also, edited the deck list.

Dark_Armed_Zombie
Because noone denied poisen, but thanks for the advice. However, more advice would help =( esspecially if people would answer my ques.
arkel
Celestial Transformation is stupid with the Turbulence engine. Also, you're running the Turbulence engine without Lucky Cloud. And last time I checked, the Turbulence engine only needs 2 Smoke Balls.
Toffee.
Salvage is a bit meh-ish.-2 Salvage+2 Raging Cloudian(for the lulz)
Dark_Armed_Zombie
I've never made a Cloudian Monarch before, so I'm up for plenty of suggestions. Changed deck list
Captain Lawless
I wouldn't run Treeborn with 7 continuous spells and traps.-1 Tree-1 Smoke Ball+2 Cloudian - Storm Dragon, maybe? Easy SS with used Cloudians and 1 Fog C on a monster each turn, you can reuse Turbulence with it. 2 Smoke Balls is enough IMO, you don't need them to block if you're running Spirit Barriers. Dark_Armed_Zombie
I'll take out the Treeborn, but where did you get the third smoke ball from? I changed it to 2 a little while ago and I went from Spirit Barrier to The Sanctuary in the Sky. To add in the second Storm, what would I remove? (Btw, I had been wondering about Storm Dragon for a while. If anything, it's a quick tribute for a monarch, but the counter effect will definatly help). Dark_Armed_Zombie
Bump Anyone have suggestions of what to neg to slim it down to 40 cards?
Marsh Lance
Umm... Hi. Try using 3 Cirrostratus, 3 Altus, 2 Acid Cloud, Sanctuay in the Sky, Spirit Barrier (these last 2 negate battle damage while you have monsters) Salvage works well in this deck, I would recommend 2 or 3. Also, you should only use 1 Smoke Ball, since you'll be tributing it for a Monarch anyway. Hope I could help!
