And so the D'Sceptyr's First Trilogy comes to a close...

 

My final trilogy pack, Cerebral Madness, has arrived. It actually took a longer while than even I thought. Nevertheless, it is here, and I've even added 10 MORE cards than I usually do. It's all for my loyal viewers.

 

To get right down to the point, the main Archtypes are the Digital Strikers/Slayers. They are repsectively Light/Dark Machine-Type monsters, with a similar yet different effect cost-having a monster with either a higher Level (Strikers) or lower Level (Slayers.) They hold powerful effects indeed, since I am upping my game after the superswarming Blackwings were released.

 

This pack also holds motherloads of Synchros, the last two Synmasters, and a sneak peek of the new Archtype I'm making-The Swarm. Leave reviews, please.

 

Oh and as usual, the pics are not mine, they belong to the great DeviantArt members. No monetary gain is in this (like anyone'll believe I can produce pics THAT good) and I do it out of respect, not greed. Enjoy.

Digital Striker: Renee the Reinforcer; This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card's effect can only be activated if, when this card is Summoned, there is a monster on the field with a higher Level than this card's. During the End Phase, you can Tribute this card and 1 other LIGHT Machine-Type monster on your side of the field to Special Summon up to 3 "Digital Striker" monsters from your Deck to your side of the field.

 

Digital Slayers: Lauren and Liran the Limitless; This card's effect can only be activated if, when this card is Summoned, there is a monster on the field with a lower Level than this card's. When this card attacks a LIGHT monster, decrease that monster's ATK by 1000 during the Damage Step. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, Special Summon one "Slayer Token" (DARK/Machine/Level 4/1000 ATK/1000 DEF) for every 500 points of Battle Damage you took.

Digital Striker: Hira the Hunter; This card's effect can only be activated if, when this card is Summoned, there is a monster on the field with a higher Level than this card's. If this card attacks a monster and inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, it can attack once again in a row. This card cannot attack the same monster twice in the same Battle Phase.

 

Digital Slayer: Wangera the Weightless; This card's effect can only be activated if, when this card is Summoned, there is a monster on the field with a lower Level than this card's. When a "Digital Slayer" monster inflicts Battle Damage, you can discard 1 card from your hand to make the Battale Damage taken become half of the attacking monster's original ATK.

Digital Slayer: Relena the Ruthless: This card's effect can only be activated if, when this card is Summoned, there is a monster on the field with a lower Level than this card's. During your Main Phase, you can send this card to the Graveyard, or place it face-up in your Spell/Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by it's own effect, as long as it remains in the Graveyard, during your Standby Phase, increase your Life Points by 300 for each "Digital Slayer" monster on the field. While this card is in the Spell/Trap Card Zone, as long as it remains face-up, "Digital Slayer" monsters require 1 less Tribute to Tribute Summon.

Digital Striker: Faye the Fixer; This card's effect can only be activated if, when this card is Summoned, there is a monster on the field with a higher Level than this card's. When this card is Normal Summoned, place 4 counters on this card. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, place 1 counter on this card. When a "Digital Striker" monster other than this card would be destroyed, you can remove two counters from this card, and it is not destroyed. (Damage Calculation is applied normally.)

 

Digital Slayer: Raine the Reckless; This card's effect can only be activated if, when this card is Summoned, there is a monster on the field with a lower Level than this card's. When this card is Summoned, you can place 1 counter on this card (max: 1.) You can remove 1 counter from this card to select 1 Trap Card from your Graveyard which has an effect that allows it to be treated as a Monster Card when it is activated, and place it on the bottom of your Deck.

Digital Striker: Giovanni the Glider; This card's effect can only be activated if, when this card is Summoned, there is a monster on the field with a higher Level than this card's. If this card is attacked by a monster that has 1000 or more ATK than this card, you can negate the attack and remove this card from play. Return this card to your side of the field at the End Phase of the next turn after this card's effect was activated.

 

Digital Slayer: Serotonin the Souless; This card's effect can only be activated if, when this card is Summoned, there is a monster on the field with a lower Level than this card's. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, you can equip it to this card. This card gains 200 ATK for each monster equipped to it. When this card attacks, you can remove from play cards from your opponent's Graveyard equal to the number of monsters equipped to this card.

Digital Striker: Salina the Sharpshooter; This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card's effect can only be activated if, when this card is Summoned, there is a monster on the field with a higher Level than this card's. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Digital Striker" monster from your hand. This effect cannot be activated if you have more monsters on your side of the field than your opponent does.

 

Digital Slayer: Farrah the Fearless: This card's effect can only be activated if, when this card is Summoned, there is a monster on the field with a lower Level than this card's. This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle against a Level 4 or lower monster.

Digital Savior Seraphim: This card cannot be Special Summoned. Negate the effects of all Normal Spell Cards controlled by your opponent that would change a monster's Level. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to select a "Digital Striker" monster on your side of the field and roll a six-sided die. If the die result is the same as the monster's Level, that monster cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects, until the end of the turn.

 

Digital Sadist Serventis: This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. When a "Digital Slayer" monster attacks a monster on your opponent's side of the field with a lower Level than the attacking monster, after the Battle Phase, inflict damage equal to the difference in Levels x200. Once per turn, you can pay 1500 Life Points to decrease the Level of a monster on your opponent's side of the field by 2 until the end of the turn.

Gigatech Dragon; 1 "Digital" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn, you can equip this card to a "Digital Striker" or "Digital Slayer" monster on your side of the field. While this card is equipped to a monster, during the End Phase, you can Tribute the equipped monster to destroy 1 monster and 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. If you activate this effect, Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position during the End Phase of your next turn.

 

Gigatech Dragon/Assault Mode; This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Assault Mode Activate." Once per turn, you can equip this card to a "Digital Striker" or "Digital Slayer" monster on your side of the field. While this card is equipped to a monster, during the End Phase, you can Tribute the equipped monster to destroy all monsters OR all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. If you do, Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position during the End Phase of your next turn. If this card is destroyed, Special Summon 1 "Gigatech Dragon from your Graveyard.

Metalloid Substance; When this card is Normal Summoned, place 3 Metalloid Counters on this card (max: 5.) Each time two or more Machine-Type monsters are Summoned in the same turn, place 1 Metalloid Counter on this card. You can remove two Metalloid Counters from this card to pick up (not draw) 3 cards from the top of your opponent's Deck. Both players will check the cards. Then select 1 of the cards and send it to the Graveyard. Place the other two cards into your opponent's Deck. The Deck is then shuffled.

 

Metalloid Quintessence; This card can only be Summoned by the effect of "Emergency Interfuse." Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points and skip your next Draw Phase to pick up the top three cards of your opponent's Deck. Both player will check the cards. Then, select one and add it to your hand. You do not have to have a monster on the field to activate the effects of "Digital Striker" and "Digital Slayer" monsters. Decrease the ATK of all monsters on your opponent's side of the field by 200x the difference between their Levels and this card's Level.

Digital Slayer: Eisen the Emotionless; 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Machine-Type monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can remove from play any number of "Digital Slayer" monsters in your Graveyard to place the same number of Slayer Counters on this card. Twice per turn, you can remove 3 Slayer Counters from this card to destroy 1 monster on the field with a lower Level than this card. Then, reduce this card's Level by 1.

 

Cerebral Cortex City; You do not need to have a monster on the field to activate the effects of "Digital Striker" and "Digital Slayer" monsters. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 "Digital Striker" monster from your Graveyard to change the Battle Position of 1 monster on the field OR remove from play 1 "Digital Slayer" monster from your Graveyard to decrease the ATK and DEF of 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field by an amount equal to the Level of the removed monster x200.

Cerebral Showdown: This card can only be activated during either player's Battle Phase, when there is only one monster on each player's side of the field, and your monster is a "Digital Striker" or "Digital Slayer" monster. You and your opponent each can Special Summon 2 Level 6 or lower monsters from your respective Decks. During the Battle Phase, all monsters must attack when able, monsters cannot be destroyed as a result of battle, all card effects are negated (except this card's,) and no other monsters can be Summoned. At the end of the Battle Phase, destroy all monsters on the field of the player who took the most Battle Damage. Then inflict 1000 damage to their opponent.

Synmaster Sult; This card can only be Summoned by the effect of "Dark Descention." Monsters on this card's controller's side of the field cannot attack. Once per turn, if this card would be attacked by an opponent's monster, you can switch the attack target to a different monster on your opponent's side of the field. (Damage calcuation will be applied normally.)

Synmaster Holst: This card can only be Summoned by the effect of "Dark Descention." During each player's Battle Phase, they must select one monster on their side of the field. For that Battle Phase only the selected monster can attack, and if it destroys a monster as a result of battle, it can attack once again in a row.

Rock Tomb Dragon;1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Rock-Type monsters

Once per turn, place 1 Geo Counter on a card on both sides of the field (this is not optional.) Monsters with Geo Counters on them must attack when able. The effects of Spell and Trap Cards with Geo Counters on them are negated. Battle Damage this card inflicts in a battle involving a monster with a Geo Counter is halved. Inflict 100 points of damage to both players at the End Phase for each Geo Counter on the field. If this card has a Geo Counter on it by its own effect, destroy it and take damage equal to its ATK.

 

The Swarm Stinger-Lu'Kimia: If a "The Swarm" monster is on your side of the field, you can place this card face-up in your opponent's Spell or Trap Card Zone to be treated as a Continuous Spell Card. As long as this card is a Continuous Spell Card, this card's controller must pay 400 Life Points to activate a Spell Card. There can only be 1 "The Swarm Stinger-Lu'Kimia" on the field.

Life-Feeding Staff; When a Spellcaster-Type monster is destroyed as a result of battle, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card's ATK becomes the Battle Damage you took. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, destroy the monster that destroyed this monster and inflict damage equal to half of this card's ATK to your opponent's Life Points.

Araia, Protector of Legendary Beasts; When a Beast, Beast-Warrior or Winged-Beast-Type monster(s) is Special Summoned, activate the following effect(s) based on what monsters are Special Summoned:

() Gladiator Beast: Return 1 card from your Graveyard to the Deck.

() Blackwing: Increase this card's ATK by 500 until the end of the turn.

() Warbound: If "War-Torn Stronghold" is on the field, you can return 1 card on the field to its owner's hand.

Souleating Armor: Remove from play all monsters that battles a monster eqipped with this card. Decrease the equipped monster's ATK by 1000 during each player's Standby Phase. If the equipped monster's ATK becomes 0 by this card's effect, destroy it and equip this card to another monster on the field. If this card is destroyed while equipped to a monster, inflict 1000 damage to the controller of the equipped monster.

Stonegazer Jariz; When a "Stonegazer" monster attacks directly, you can declare 1 card name. Your opponent selects 1 card with their name in his/her Deck and removes it from play. During your second End Phase after activating this effect, return the removed monster back to your opponent's Deck. The Deck is then shuffled.

 

Spectrum's Harmony; 1 Pyro-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Ice-Type monsters

This card's Attribute is also treated as WATER. This card gains 500 ATK for every 2 Arctic Counters on the field. During your Standby Phase, you can remove from play 5 Pyro-Type monsters from your Graveyard to destroy all cards on the field, except this card. If you activate this effect, switch this card to Defense Position and end your turn.

Brain of the Architect; During your Standby Phase, toss a coin three times. Activate the following effect based on the coin toss results:

3 Heads: Your opponent takes all Battle Damage you would normally take during this turn.

2 Heads: All Battle Damage that you take during this turn is halved.

1 Head: You can pay 500 Life Points to negate the first attack made by your opponent's monster(s) this turn.

3 Tails: Destroy this card and take 2000 damage.

Ruler of the Arctic, Frostbyte; "Coldsnap Roc" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can pay 2000 Life Points to Special Summon 2 Level 5 or higher Ice-Type monsters from your Graveyard. Monsters Summoned by this card's effect cannot be Tributed, and their effect(s) are negated. When this card is destroyed, destroy all Ice-Type monsters on the field and discard 1 card for each monster destroyed. Then Special Summon 1 Ice-Type monster from your Deck, except "Coldsnap Roc."

Stonegazer Paryius; This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. Once per turn, you can select 1 "Stonegazer" monster on your side of the field. You cannot select more than 1 monster at a time with this card's effect. Activate the following effect based on the selected monster's Level:

1-3: This card's ATK becomes 1500. Battle Damage from a Battle involving a "Stonegazer monster is doubled.

4-6: This card's ATK becomes 2000. Rock-Type monsters cannot be destroyed by the effects of Normal Spell Cards.

7 or higher: This card's ATK becomes 2500. Your opponent must pay 300 Life Points to Special Summon a non-Rock-Type monster.

 

Queen Thesia of the Deep; 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WATER monsters

Once per turn, you can discard 1 WATER monster from your hand to Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower WATER monster from your Graveyard. If "Umi" is on your side of the field, you can pay 1000 Life Points and send "Umi" to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Ocean Dragon" monster from your Graveyard instead.

Supercharged Ancient Dragon; This card cannot be Special Summoned. Battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponent becomes 0. Once per turn. when this card attacks, you can remove 1 Thunder-Type monster in your Graveyard from play to double this card's ATK. During the end of a Battle Phase after you activated this card's effect, reduce this card's ATK to its original ATK and place 2 Discharge Counters on this card. When this card is destroyed, Special Summon 1 Thunder-Type monster with a Level equal to or lower than the number of Discharge Counters that were on this card when it was destroyed.

Synmaster Veny; This card can only be Summoned by the effect of "Dark Descention." This card cannot attack monsters with the same Attribute. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster with a different Attribute than this card to activate 1 of the following effects:

() Change the Attribute of this card.

() Negate the effects of all Normal Trap Cards and Quick-Play Spell Cards until the end of the turn.

D.D.T.-Different Dimension Tank; When you activate this card, place it face-up in your Deck and shuffle it. When you draw this face-up card, immediately send it to the Graveyard. If a monster on your side of the field is attacked by a monster with a higher Level after this card is sent to the Graveyard by its own effect, you can remove this card from play to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the attacking monster's original ATK.

 

Gold-Eyes Sparkling Dragon; This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Gold-Eyes Silver Dragon" on your side of the field. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for each Dragon-Type monster on your side of the field. While this card is face-up on the field, one time only, you can negate the Summon of a monster and destroy it.

 

Then there are the two expected variants...
