Need Some PS Help

My Photoshop keeps opening up in low/bad quality and couple days ago it didn't do that and here's a screenshot of my Photoshop with the low/bad quality image:

So what do you think is the problem?

Maybe it automatically zoomed out?

 

Try Opening your image and pressing "CTRL" and "+"

Yeah obviously Zoom in.

Yeah but it's kinda annoying having to zoom in each time on every image instead of opening it up in normal zoom.

In bigger files it doesn't zoom to 100% automatically, and tends to go either 33% or 67%, happens all the time when I open C4Ds. You'll get used to it.

It will only happen with some images, not all ones, usually ones that are bigger than 1000x1000 on my PS. You will get used to it very quickly
