Entry fee: 6 pointsPlayers: 10Prizes: (Sorry, had to change prizes)1st place wins 3 reps and 20 points.2nd place wins 2 reps and 10 points.3rd place wins 1 rep and 5 points.Rules: In this contest, you will have to make a card with the name "Xan The Tormenter". This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 3 FIRE Spellcaster-Type monsters from the Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, place 1 Burn Counter on up to 3 monsters. During each player's Draw Phase, monsters with a Burn Counter lose 400 ATK. Destroy a monster if its ATK becomes 0 by this effect. Once during your Standby Phase, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower Pyro-Type monster to your hand. This card gains 100 ATK for each Pyro-Type monster on the field. Increase the ATK of this card by an amount equal to the total Level of the Tributed monster's x 100. When this card destroys a monster by battle, in addition to the battle damage, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points by an amount equals to the number of Fiend-Type monster's in your Graveyard x 100..
