I've had (lol' date=' well, still do) them. The first few days will be kind of rough. You're teeth will hurt. You'll crave solid food. XD

But after that, its cool.

Cleaning them is a b**** though.

Yeah, so like I said before, EAT THAT STUFF!!! NAO NAO NAO!!

lol

Here's a tip for breakfast.

Get a blender, some milk and some cocoa puffs or chocolate rice krispies or whatever it's called. Even the amount. (A perfect amount of each item = win) That's breakfast to ya. Go to Target and get the Target Brand cereals like Cocoa Rageous or something. ($1.75 for the same cr@p Cocoa Puffs offers) That blend of stuff is awesome. (Yeah, a smoothie or blendy. Whatever you want to call it)

It's made of win.

first, they extract all your teeth, put sharp metal objects in the soft newly exposed gum and [ut more hot glue on it to put your teeth back on. then the spikes are pulled to the inside of your mouth, poking more unexposed gum and attaches it to your braces, which push the metal spikes up farther. then they put staples on the wires and gums so you don't lose them. it takes about five hours and is only a little painful. sorta like eating a kunai.

good luck ;D

I fell asleep during the operation. xD But for the time I was awake' date=' it wasn't really painful. Just, uncomfortable. Eating was a pain though, and so was brushing. Dx

But you'll get used to them about 2 weeks in.

My dentist says I don't need them. Because the fact that my body is still growing, as well as the jaw formation and teeth start too. I have a slight gap between my front two teeth, so I thought I needed them. No.

So, why do you need them?

EDIT: My friends had em, they were slightly sore, but they're tough, except for 1 of them.
