Ignoring ragnarok's comment in order to prevent a flame war' date=' I have to say that Empoleon's Royal Forces is extremely overpowered. Combined with DNA Transplant, you could easily wipe the floor with your opponent. If you have two or three Empoleons, that's even worse.
