I actually really like the picture for this. The effects is not bad either since your opponent might have a hard time to get rid of a 2400 attacker he will be more than likely kill your monster with an effect. good job 8/10

OCG looks good. When returning 1 card, is it to top or bottom of deck. I think you should make it so that the deck is shuffled.

For this card:

Step 1: it gets destroyed and you return monster of your choise to your Deck.

Step 2: you shuffle your Deck (that goes to most searching returning effect involving the Deck without saying, like Foolish Burial, Gladiador Beasts, LV monsters, etc) and put the Deck back where it belongs

Step 3: draw

 

But thanks for the comment ^-^ that's also a viable way to write it ;)
