EnkoMaun
Perhaps CyDra can hold onto itself without being Monarchs. But would this see play? Meh, discuss.
Azuh
With Crush Banned, this card is still a great card Also, its the way Cryda should have been made in the first place, without any overall advantage
EnkoMaun
I guess it's an attempt for a fixed CyDra. I like this card in Monarchs in TF3. But I use Cydras in TF1, mostly because it's not limited xD

Cydra- Can kill a lot of things- HonestThis- Immune to BTH (I think so)- Allure If CCV wasn't banned this would be way better.Right now they are equal, but I prefer Cydra. EnkoMaun
TF1 doesn't really have much options for monarchs, you only get zabby, thesty, moby and granny, so it kinda blocks your whole play anyway. Don't ask me why I run monarchs in TF. And yeah, it is immune to BTH, the halving effect resolves along with the special summon. Other idea...Can it be a beatstick in skill drain? As a beatstick CyDra is way better.

As a beatstick CyDra is way better. But Barbaros does it even better than CyDra. Vice Dragon is only useful due to CyDra's limit. Beggars can't be choosers when it comes to substitutes. As it stands, VD is a decent replacement.
BehindTheMask
FACT: Both are bad in monarchs. Lolque? Cydra is amazing in monarchs. It is a free special summon allows you to set up tempo, and run over a monster. At 2100 attack it can get over most 1st turn plays without any problems. Then take in to consideration after it kills the monster, you can tribute for a Monarch to get more advantage, especially if they are playing recruiters and you Raiza/Caius them. tl;dr stop being bad.
