I actually like drawing on lined paper. Sucks when you want to upload your drawings to the internet though.

It bugs me. :/ Didn't used to, but then I switched to computer paper, and now it does.

But if you have photoshop (and possibly GIMP), you can lineart your drawing and then just hid the background layer, and its like you drew it on computer paper. :P

Wouldn't you need a scanner for that?

Yes. Good thing I have one.

Although just taking a picture of it can also work (after linearting it).

That's true. I still don't understand exactly how you would get rid of the lines, however. Unless you carefully used an eraser (on the computer).

Lineart involves laying ink over your design (on a new layer). Then you can simply get rid of your background layer and add a white background. Think of it as taking a lined-paper drawing and then tracing it onto a piece of computer paper.

But wouldn't you have to be very careful if you want an exact trace?

Pen tool, ftw.

And being on a separate layer, if you screw up, you can erase without erasing the original picture.

Or you could just use the option that lets you go back one pen mark.

May I ask what a Messiah is?

Kamina. He died for your sins.

He descended from the Heavens and busted down my wall and smacked across the face' date=' infusing me with his manly spirit, so that I could draw his symbol to the fullest glory that it deserves.

[/quote']

What's this? A religious conversation in a thread about jeans?

I wonder who started it! =P
