What is pleases, i think you meant Phases. A few OCG errors such as

 

"Each time your opponent destroys 1 of your monsters, your opponent's monster is remove from play for 3 turns. You can draw 3 card's from your Deck and skip your next 3 Draw Phases. For each card that is removed from play, this card gains 500 ATK. When this card is destroyed by battle, your opponent must draw 5 card's form their deck and you skip your next 5 Draw Phases.

 

Im actually not sure about the parts to skip the draw phases in terms of how it is worded, but that is how "Reckless Greed" is worded.

 

The pic is quite good and can suit a warrior or spellcaster. The first effect i have seen when skipping draw phases but the name is a bit meh.

I'm surprised you didn't say this isn't also treated as a spellcaster. Anyways it looks balanced enough, so 8.8/10
