Hand destructions discard isn't a discard. So 3 Broww is overkill. You're dependant on discarding them with Darkworld dealings.

Oborous isn't as good as valley.

With 43 Cards, Upstart Goblin is completely useless. For each Upstart Goblin you draw one. So cinsider them to mill your deck 3 Cards down. This mills you to 40 Cards. which you would have had right off the bat if you didn't have them at all. I see though that they could be Spell fodder for Summoner and Library, but still, they would be much more effective if you had 3 fewer cards in your deck.

-3 Hand destruction

-1 Cyber Obouros

-1 Broww

+1 Lv.8 D-Hero

+1 D-Draw

This puts you at a flat 40 Cards.

You still have anough spells to easily abuse library.

D-Draw gives much much better hand control than Hand Destruction which is extreemly risky in Exodia.

A 5th D Hero alows you to use Trade -In more efficiently, and it lets you run 3 D-Draw with relative consistance.

2 Oborous with 2 Allures is not efficient at all. You're bound to get an Obourous as a dead draw, so 1 Obourous is still effective and much more cinsistant. Same with Brow and Dealings. 2:3 is better than 3:3

I may not know what I'm talkin about' date=' but it really just looks like a bunch of random draw engines and an exodia set, especially the toon trade in when you're only running one Blue-eyes toon dragon. That means once you use it once the table of contents is a dead card.

Toon Table of Contents can search each other since it has "Toon" in the name

just to say, endymion could be used for a second draw before you fill library again.

and you can search for it with terraforming, assuring you 2 spell counters on library.

play a draw spell, draw 1, search for another endymion, play a draw spell, draw using endymion, replace with a new one, draw again, play toon table X 3, draw two more.

it helps, but I'm not sure how well your way works.
