This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 2 cards from your hand to the Graveyard and by Tributing 1 monster with "Neonic" in its name which you control. For each card in your hand, this card gains 300 ATK and DEF. As long as this card remains face up on your side of the field, your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards. During the End Phase of each turn while this card is still face-up, you must pay 1000 Life Points. If you do not, this card is destroyed. The "you control" thing is a suggestion, it would be much easier to say "you control". But the rest are minor. And I'm pretty sure it's each, cause each is just proper grammer... But the pic is awesome.
