Darkest Hour
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Solomon%27s_LawbookSkip your own Standby Phase. It's a horrible card, duh, but it's only one half of this discussion. If there were a continuous Spell/Trap/Monster effect that prevented either player from conducting their Standby Phase, what cards would become overpowered/banworthy/nerfed/usable with that effect? About the only ones i can think of is Mirror Wall and Samsara Lotus.
Toffee.
Solo-Man's Lawyer BookOBJECTION! ......Anyway It would have ben a pretty lulzy card if it were a continuous trap.Since it would be cool with cards like Samsara Lotus
OmegaWave
Stops Self-Burn cards for one turn..... Unless a deck is built that supports this, don't run it. And even if the deck was made, don't run more than 1.

Guest JoshIcy
Unless there's some overpowered card with a cost like "Pay 4000lp to keep this card active during each of your standby phases". I dont see this card seeing play.

burnpsy
Best use? What about the next Standby Phase? ...You win before then? This + Machine-type Fusion + Limiter Removal... Anything with 2000+ ATK wins the game right there if they don't pull a Threatening Roar on you.

shadowferret
I think that Cybernetic Zone combo mentioned could actually be worth trying to base a deck around... "(Ultimate) Ancient Gear Golem + Cybernetic Zone + Solomon's Lawbook = WHEE!" ?
metalflygon08
add a power-bond/Limiter and you have game several times over. math? PwrBd=8800x2=17600x2(for cybernetic thing)=35200, heck you don't need no solo-book you just won 4.4 times(if only overkills existed in this game, that's a match winner)

You activate during your turn and it cant return till your opponents. Activate during opponents and it dies before you can use it. O.O Did YCM come up with an OTK based around bad card(s)??
