Any use in current Meta?

Very useful if you know how to use it correctly, say your opponent activates tribute to the doom, or something, and you have a Kuriboh on the field, and a Blue-eyes white dragon, they're going to target the BEWD, use fairy hands mirror and it destroys the Kuriboh instead, and they stay screwed.

Spell cards still target? Other then Brain Control' date=' and Call of the Haunted, I don't know any commonly run cards off the top of my head that target...

Lol, CotH as a spell... <_<

See, when I wrote this, I originally wrote Monster Reborn before remembering the September 1st list (mostly because I haven't dueled using the September 1st list yet). I eventually recalled this, and changed it to Call of the Haunted, and only recently remembered Fairy Mirror only works on Spells. Before I could correct my error, I was quoted. ;-;

So yeah... while it can counter stuff like Shrink and Book of Moon in a hilarious way, it only works on the assumption that your opponent plays any of the the above cards, which some decks do not. (Furthermore, I'm not 100% sure it can stop a Damage Step shrink).

While it might be a fun card to use, it's dependent solely on your opponent's deck, of which you probably have no idea. It's not even a decent side card, because the theme of "a deck that uses spells that target" is so vague it'll almost never come up, especially when better side choices exist for this meta.

tl;dr: "You COULD, but why?"

[/quote']Or how about when I have a Petiti Moth and a Five Headed Dragon on my side of the field. My opponent chooses to destroy my Petit Moth with his Soul Taker, but I chain Fairy's Hand Mirror so they can destroy my absolutely useless FHD instead. Now that's what I call a pro move.
