Its not that underpowered, the fact that you can add any of his henchmen to your hand, and once per turn, you can search for a Level 2 or lower dark monster is good. How would it make him underpowered if that is almost his only negative side effect except 3 Tributes. I GUESS there is a possibility of being underpowered, but I just don't see it.

lose 200 for each card on your opponent side of the field is too UP

if your opponent have 5 monsters and 5 spell/trap you lose 2000 points + the battle damage

Remember Leo, that is an IF and ONLY IF he/she has all Zones filled out. The chances of that are about 1/10. Also, remember that the chances of you getting a 1 - 2 is about 2/6 or 1/3. But if you say so, I will fix up the effect later.

I'm saying because in 85% duel I play my opponent or me aways have 2-3 spell/traps and at least 1 monster

and if your opponent isn't stupid he will atack with a stronger monster

No matter Leo, because the card is still TECHNICALLY PLAYABLE. You can STILL use it. I never judged Underpower or Overpower. No where in my ratings did I say, this makes this overpowered, or underpowered, because this is Pop Culture, Realistic is where it says Balance. Again, thanks for the feedback. I'll fix it later though, I don't wanna argue over 1 card. A fat ugly one at that.
