Well, it should still be a Rare or something. or make it a commonly crossed Secret Rare.All the cards that are origionaly Japanese promos, usually end up as Secret Rares. Like Demonic Motor Omega for example. And Card Blocker is still relativley new.... so I might end up having to wait a bit before I get a copy of him.
