here z my newest card that i've made:

 

 

If your opponent controls 2 monsters on the field and you control no monsters you can Normal Summon or Set this card without Tributing. Once per turn, you can tribute 1 face-up Fairy-Type monster on the field to increase your Life Points equal to the Tributed monster Attack.

 

 

 

as usual i need to hear you comments and OCG fixes

Effect is a bit OP, there aren't many 8 star monsters that can be Normal Summoned without Tribute. Attack is ATK. Pic is very nice, on the whole 7/10.

I think this is correct...:D

Here's the OCG fix

If your opponent controls at least 2 monsters and you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributes. Once per turn, you can tribute 1 face-up Fairy-Type monster you control to increase your Life Points by an amount equal to the tributed monster's ATK.

 

"or Set" isn't needed b/c setting a monster is still considered a Normal Summon.

"on the field" was replaced with "you control" for the tributing fairies effect, but if you wanted your opponent's monsters to be open to this effect, you should say destroy instead of tribute.

effect is balanced, picture is suited and the ocg was ok. (small errors)

Decent. Through, to make the effect less OP'ed, change the type of the monster itself.

It\s kinda overpowered. And I refer to both effects. It should be like this: while you control no monsters and your enemy controls 2 monsters, you can Normal Summon tis monster without tributing. If tis monster is summoned by tis effect, reduce it's ATK by 300.
