[YOU HAVE BEEN WANRED.]4. be creative on the effects.5. PLEASE make alot of cards. if you just make one, that would just be lame. make alot of cool restricted cards! show that you can win! even in a duel. ma ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!.and i will give you a rep. +1 by me.
