Now Caine, Your Tuner Card, I'm only fixing The Tuner monsters, the Synchro have error as well:

Correct OCG:

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, roll a 6-sid dice, Special Summon to your side of the field a monster (From where?) whose Level equals to the result rolled.

Bagon, i will only fix your Synchro monster, but, It have so many error that I had to re-create it!

 

Original Card:

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Monsters

Once per turn discard 1 card to destroy 1 monster with "General in it's name. Any monster that battles this card is destroyed at the end of the Battle phase. If this card attacks a monster in Defense position, destroy the Attack target without flipping it up or applying effects. Once per turn you can send the top card of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. If the sent card is a Spell card, inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent.

 

Fixed Card:

Once per turn, you may discard 1 card from your hand to destroy 1 monster with "General in it's name. Any monster that battles this card is destroyed at the end of the Battle Phase. If this card attacks a monster in Defense Position, destroy the monster without flipping it up or applying effects. During each of your Standby Phases, send the card from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. If the card sent to the Graveyard by the previous effect was a Spell Card, inflict 300 of damage to your opponent's Life Points.
