As for me, I don't have much of a problem taking other people's art and usually make my cards based on an image I've found as opposed to the other way around, so even after all the copious amounts of cards I've made, I've yet to do this. Did a couple existing Yugioh Cards in pencil and they turned out pretty well, don't have 'em on hand. Its an assjabroni if you ever want to make sets or archetypes though. You always end up with wildly varied art styles (unless you're ridiculously lucky), and half the time can't find the kind of image you want.
