Hope you guys like it:

4244i.jpg[spoiler=Effect]If this card is in your Graveyard and you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. This card is treated as "Cyber Dragon" and all monsters you control are treated as Machine-Type while this card is on the field. You can Tribute Fusion Material monsters you control to Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck. This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon. If this card is used as Fusion Material, remove it from play. This card cannot be used for a Synchro Summon.

Interesting. Economically speaking, if this card is destroyed, it can be Special Summoned back, nothing says it can't be normal summoned. So you have a -1 (tribute) investment, but you can get so much more return (may save you 4 or 5 tributes). So that's a major flaw, therefore economically better than the Cyber Dragon, which is already overpowered.

I would say if this card is destroyed / tributed / w/e it's removed from play.

@ DarkWish: lol, thanks. The pic isn't actually inverted, it's a Black Cyber Dragon. Yeah...

Changed the effect so it can't be summoned during the battle phase, and made it so that if it's used for fusion material, it's removed from play, but left the rest the same to keep it UberPowered, that was my original intention. Now that that's fixed, any rate?

Good card, I would agree on it being overpowered though.

I would also say to remove the part about the whole Fusion Monster as it doesn't really relate, and it would slightly balance it out.

Although I suppose if it is intended to be powerful, you achieved your goal. A great addition to a Machine deck as well.

Thanks Bengal, Sephiroth. I'm thinking about taking out the fusion part, but then again since all your monsters are treated as machines, might as well get out a Chimeratech Fortress, no?

well' date=' there is techincally already a Black CyDra picture.....

Yeah, I know, that alternate art thingy... well I still like this picture better. It's a look everyone is used to and loves, lol.

Pretty Op'ed I guess.
