Wow, i made it to 700..... I'd like to take a moment to thank everyone who has helped me get to where i am today........

Here's the card.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned if this card is discarded from your hand by a card effect. While this card is face-up on the field, each time a card effect that involves the paying of Life Points is activated, you can pay 500 Life Points to change that cost to "Discard 1 random card from your hand". This effect can only be activated once per turn.

 

also, im not sure. but the wording doesnt sound correct. if anyone knows the correct ocg, let me know.

probably should have checked the Spell Economics card ^_^ but i was too lazy...

just noticed the borders, ill try and edit it out and use the fix.

simple effect, but then it's not hard to special summon this anyway, so I'll give it 9/10
