"The effect to reduce the ATK of monsters with A-Counters is an effect of this card. If this card (or another with the same effect) is not on the field, then a monster with an A-Counter will not lose ATK while battling an "Alien".[1]

If 2 "Alien Grey" (or other monsters with the A-Counter text) are on the field, then a monster with 1 A-Counter will lose 600 ATK while battling an "Alien".[1]"

in reference to alien grey^

i have thought about running an evil dragon, but i think he is too much of a liability in this deck. i don't have enough support for him, and i like to keep my aliens in my grave yard for Code A and ammonite. i think i might drop the snake whistles (since they can't be used in the damage step), but what should i replace them with?

I have a few personal guidelines to deck building for 40-card decks: from half to 2/3 of the cards should be monster, while at least 4-5 non-monster cards should be restrict attack.

One mirror force and one SORL are the only restrict attack cards you have in here. Take out at least one mysterious triangle, and your snake whistles for cards like Sakurestsu Armor, Scrap-Iron Scarecrow, Draining Shield, and/or Ordeal of a Traveler. Ordeal has gotten me out of so many hairy situations, this deck has enough monster/spell/trap variety in it to make Ordeal a very powerful card.

Oftentimes, returning a monster to its owner's hand is more efficient than destroying it. Situations: if the monster is yours that your opponent has taken control of, if their monster is a high level, or especially if it's a fusion or a synchro.

BringerOfCake! You changed your picture! (how do you even get one?)
