Right now I'm trying to get every character to at least level 20, and already I can see that being a challenge with most characters. I need to finish Shade Impulse, seriously. Phantom Roxas Posted January 27, 2010 Author Report Share Posted January 27, 2010 Kuja only attacks with ranged, and like Ultimecia, he's pretty inaccurate. Firion is also a pain. Tidus and Jecht also miss. I REALLY hate the EX Bursts where you have to press the O button all the time. Either I'm not fast or there's not enough time. And how gay Joshua is. Hilariously gay. I'm convinced that Another Day needs to have an Anime OVA made for it. *Retreats back to the Shadows* EDIT: Rox, Jecht requires lots of practice to use properly, since his attacks are all combos. Tidus is very accurate if you use him properly, as well. His tactic is Dodge -> Attack, since most of his attacks do that. As for HP, Energy Rain is supposed to be used as a counter against frontal attacks. You just need proper timing. Kuja is f*cking amazing. Flare Star is not long range, but even so, against EXDEATH, Kuja should be having a very easy time. Seraphic Star should be enough, and since Kuja can glide, maintaining distance should be easy. Also, when he learns Ultima, he's just golden. How are you having a hard time with CoD? =O She's one of the most spam-friendly characters in the game. I of course have my knowledge of Death and philosophies around it to a maximum, because of my long-running obsession. You're supposed to exploit him though, which really should not be hard considering how crappy his AI is. Also, a note for Amethyst - every character has their own strengths and weaknesses. Dissidia is an incredibly balanced game, frankly, and there is always at least one character that best suits an individual's play style. So obviously, some people will be better with a particular character than others, and others will be worse. So just because Roxas says he doesn't use a particular character well, or states that some characters are hard land hits with, doesn't mean it will be the same for you. For example, I royally suck with Sephiroth, but other people are amazing with him. I can play The Emperor wonderfully, and other people can't get the hang of using his traps effectively.
