DL
G Gundam and Gundam Wing are great. Gundam SEED is utter crap though. My friend likes Gundam SEED' date=' yet I hate everything about it. My friend has TERRIBLE tastes though.[/quote'] My friend is the biggest Narutard on the planet, and thinks it's the best anime, and all the others suck. How's THAT for bad taste? Marisa Kirisame-ze
I never wanted to watch Gundam cause I got my robot hype from Code Geass~ ...No, really, Gundam just never caught my attention. Though, from you guys who have watched it, should I bother looking into it? x3
DL
From what I've heard, you should watch G Gundam, and stop there.
-SupernovA-
I'm trying to get Cloud's ultimate weapon right now. Ultima Weapon is being a b**** and flying all over the place. >.> You have to beat him several times before you get it' date=' course you probably already know that. Lol, we beat Emerald Weapon by having Phoenix set up as the spell they cast when they die, so as to avoid death by his epic 9999 attack. We also had quadcast and mime to chain Knights of the Round. And we killed Ruby Weapon by going in with just cloud, and spamming ultimate with HP Drain and MP Drain so we got our health and magic back each time we cast it. His special attack, airetam, doesn't have to do 9999. It does damage to you based on how much materia you have on(around 1k each)....if you havn't noticed his special attack is materia spelled backwards. EDIT: Just spam Knights of the Round and Omnislash when you can and it's an easy win.
Marisa Kirisame-ze
From what I've heard' date=' you should watch G Gundam, and stop there.[/quote'] Will do after I finish Kuroshitsuji and Azumanga Daioh. You're really into Hayate The Combat Butler, huh? :3You should try some of Kugimiya-san's better tsundere wonders though. Like Shakugan no Shana, Toradora, and Zero no Tsukaima. DL
Yes, I love Hayate the Combat Butler. ^.^ As for Shakugan no Shana... I read the first 12 chapters, because those are the only ones I could find T_T I read most of Zero no Tsukaima. It was nothing revolutionizing, or original, but fun to read. I might check out Toradora, when my schedule permits me.
Skuldur
Watch the anime versions! What you're reading is the Manga version of an Anime version of a Light Novel. O_O I think. =/
Marisa Kirisame-ze
Darklink, yo-you c-can't read t-the manga T~T The point of me pointing out Kugimiya Rie is so you WATCH it D: You NEED to hear her voice <3 Especially for Shakugan no Shana. DL
I hardly watch anime anymore, due to time restraints. I did watch the first episode of SnS, though. But, like I said, ZnT was nothing special. I might watch it someday, though.
Marisa Kirisame-ze
I could care less if you watched one episode of Shakugan no Shana II, but you watched one episode of Shakugan no Shana season one, which should draw you in to watch the rest Dx Do me a favor and make time and get through that anime~ Zero no Tsukaima was really cute, I thought :3 But I've only seen one episode of that. But shhhh. As for Toradora, I rate that anime ahead of Shakugan no Shana in serious terms. It was magnificent.
DL
I watched the first episode period. And I wanted to watch the rest, but, again, time restraints. I think I'll just watch it all when I go to Panama for summer vacation. Hmmm... if you, who's name was once Fire Haze, rate Toradora ahead of Shakugan no Shana... It's good. Phantom Roxas
G Gundam and Gundam Wing are great. Gundam SEED is utter crap though. My friend has TERRIBLE tastes though.[/quote'] My friend is the biggest Narutard on the planet, and thinks it's the best anime, and all the others suck. How's THAT for bad taste? XD Naruto is a great series, but yeah, it's not the best. It's really gotten bad lately.
Marisa Kirisame-ze
Darklink, I've rated (and currently writing a review for) Toradora a 9 and Shakugan no Shana an 8. Toradora holds up the series throughout the whole thing. Never once did I feel bored or just minorly contempt as I watched it. It kept me always interested and I truly loved the whole thing through each and every episode. Shakugan no Shana, on the other hand, couldn't keep up. The start was amazing, but as it reached Season 2, it slowly went downhill from there. Though, you see, I don't mix ratings with favorites. Shakugan no Shana is my favorite anime, but I can't be biased to it.
DL
Yes, it has. In fact, it's all sharingans and gods now. I much prefered it before the time skip. EDIT: Ah, so basically, Toradora was great from start to finish, SnS was not... I still have to find time to watch all these series... WAIT. Is there a manga of toradora? Marisa Kirisame-ze
DON'T READ THE MANGA WHEN IT HAS RIE KUGIMIYA IN IT. How many times must I say it? D: ...But yeah. There's a manga.
DL
J-just asking. O_O Besides, I know Rie Kugimiya does amazing(and various) Tsundere voices, but either I wait until Panama, or I read the manga soon. Or do both... Yeah, that works... Nah, I'll wait. I'm busy manga-wise too...
Davok
You may not like his Kefka like personality (Though I can't tell who came first) The Joker, by decades. @Roxas: Especially that *shudder* ATGWTG Christmas Special.
Marisa Kirisame-ze
Darklink, why not do both~? Though, as you're talking to me you could be watching the anime. HMM? 'Cause Kugimiya-san really is amazing <3And you can't miss out on Toradora's first OP. Kugimiya-san is the one who sing it~
DL
1. I'd rather talk to ppl on YCM2. No time to watch a full anime episode without wasting most of my time at the cyber cafe3. I'm busy manga-wise with 20thCB and Saikano. And Soul Eater. And Once Piece.... and the list goes on and on... There's too many manga out there to read. Marisa Kirisame-ze
Fine, fine. Do as you feel~ And there really is a lot of manga to catch up to. I'm waaaaay behind on Naruto and Fruits Basket. I should get going with it... I also wanted to watch Maria Sama Ga Miteru cause I heard Kugimiya-san has a role in it. DL
Hmmm... maybe I should just watch one episode of SnS each day... how long is the anime series? I read Fruits Basket, and it was awesome. Even though my friends teased me for reading a manga called "Fruits Basket".
Nexev
My friend read that. It's kinda weird. Duh. By the way if you like that 1/2 prince might be interesting. Might, might not. And I read a manga about a bartender called bartender. It's still a better title than bleach.
DL
Anything's a better title than Bleach. Bleach is just... random... To the max.
Nexev
Yeah it's like this. Hmmm what to call this, it has ancient death gods, magic swords, random xanatos roulette that just got really ridiculos, big boobs, the protagonist bleaches his hair, thier are evil hollows. Wait, back up... he bleaches his hair? Great, lets call it that!
