This card can only be Special Summoned if "Royal Magical Library" is face-up on your side of the field. If you draw a card by the effect of "Royal Magical Library" then place 1 Spell Counter on this card (max 3). Tribute 3 Spell Counters from this card to view your opponent's hand. Offer this card with 5 Spell Counters on it, to Special Summon 1 Insect-Type monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:-This card cannot be affected by Trap Cards. If this card attacks an opponent’s LIGHT monster, this card gains 300 ATK during the Damage Step only. When this card destroys an opponent monster by battle, remove the destroyed monster from play and place 1 Soul Counter on this card (Max. 3). Once per turn, you can remove 3 Soul Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand (the Summoned monster can’t attack this turn). Increase the ATK of all monsters you control by 200 for each "Tortuga" monster you control. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Spellcaster-Type monster you control to place 1 Adept Counter on this card (max.3). This card gains 100 ATK for each Adept Counter on it. When this card has 3 Adept Counters on it, you can send it to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Level 7 or higher Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. You can remove 7 Spell Counters from this card to Special Summon 2 LIGHT Spellcaster-Type monsters from your hand or Graveyard and you can put 1 Spell Counter on those monsters if you can. Add 1 of them to your hand and remove from play the other monster. Then, this card gains ATK equal to the ATK of the removed monster until the End Phase, and gains the effect(s) of the returned monster. If this card is attacked, you can take 1000 damage and give the control of this card to your opponent. Once per turn, you can offer this card to Special Summon 1 Fish-Type monster from your Graveyard with the same or lower Level that this card. When this card inflicts damage to your opponent, Special Summon 1 Umi Token (Aqua-Type/WATER/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). If Umi would be destroyed, you can remove 1 Umi Token you control instead. A WATER monster Summoned by Tributing a Umi Token increases it's ATK and DEF by 300. If you control this card and 4 Umi Tokens, remove this card from play and all Umi Tokens you control to Special Summon 1 Level 6 or higher WATER monster from your deck.
