NEW CARD!Effect for Ice Titan is this:1 DARK Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monster In order to Special Summon this card, subtract the Level of a Dark Tuner monster from the Level of 1 other monster you control; the value must equal the Level of this card. While this card is on the field FIRE attribute monsters cannot declare an attack. Place 1 Frost Counter on this card during your Standby Phase.(max.5) Tribute all Frost Counters on this card and choose 2 cards on the field. If they are monsters they cannot declare an attack for 2 of your Battle Phases. If they are Magic or Trap cards then they cannot be activated unless of an effect of an Monster,Spell,or Trap card.
